PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to issue an order directing the respondents to register a FIR and commence investigation based on the petitioner's first compliant dated 13.12.2018 (mistakenly specified as 13.11.2018) and the second complaint dated 18.12.2018, sent to the first respondent, requesting appropriate legal action in respect of the sexual assault committed on 18.11.2018 against the petitioner's granddaughter Minor girl. V.Kaviya by the said two rapists ViZ., (1) Rajendran 62 years,

(2) Sundar 54 years.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to register a case on the complaints of the petitioner dated 13.12.2018 and 18.12.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.In view of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, the petition of this nature is not maintainable before this Court. Liberty is granted to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the decision referred supra.
