ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner by the Court below.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has complied the conditions regularly from 13.11.2018.

3.In the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a week, i.e. Every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
