No. 354 of 2018 dated 14.11.2018 lodged by the Second Respondent and to quash the same as non est in the eye of law. (Order of the Court was passed by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J) When the matter is called today, Mr. S.Silambu Selvan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the issue between the Petitioner and the Second Respondent, who is the wife of the Petitioner, has been resolved and they have already filed a divorce Petition by mutual consent before the jurisdictional Family Court, which is pending. 2.Recording the submission so made by the Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
