This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the petitioner is involved in chain snatching case and various cases are pending against this petitioner.
5.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
