ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate and file a final report in Crime No.480 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 13.08.2017, no final report has been filed till date.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
