O R D E R

This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the Principle Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.16986 of 2018 in Crl.M.P.No.13974 of 2017 in Cr.No.126 of 2017 dated on 10.10.2018, and the time may be extended for producing the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.13974 of 2017 in Cr.No.126 of 2017 before the CCB & CB CID Court, Allikulam, Periyamedu, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner was hospitalised, he was not able to furnish securities before the CCB & CB CID Court, Allikulam, Periyamedu, Chennai. Therefore, he has preferred the extention of time application before the learned Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. granted by this Court, the learned Principal Judge refused to grant further extension. Under these circumstances, he has filed this petition to set aside the order passed by the Principal Judge, Civil Civil Court, Chennai and to grant time for producing sureties.

3.The learned Government Advocate submits that one week time may be permitted to the petitioner.

4. Under these circumstances, the order passed by the Principle Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.16986 of 2018 in Crl.M.P.No.13974 of 2017 in Cr.No.126 of 2017 dated 10.10.2018 is set aside and one week time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for producing sureties.
