When the matter is taken up, the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-complainant submitted that the complainant filed an application before the trial Court for withdrawing C.C.No.291 of 2019 launched by the Department against the accused persons.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and the complainant is directed to withdraw the criminal complaint in

C.C.No.291 of 2018 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore filed by the complainant against the petitioners. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
