ORDER

This Criminal Revision case has been filed as against the Judgment passed in C.A.No.150 of 2018 dated 17.09.2018 on the file of the learned II Additional District Sessions Judge, Erode, thereby confirmed the Judgment passed in S.T.C.No.92 of 2016 dated 23.04.2018 on the file of learned Judicial

Magistrate/Fast Track Court No.II, Erode, thereby convicted the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the parties have amicably settled their issues outside the Court on 30.07.2020 and he has also filed a memo dated 28.11.2022 before this Court to that effect. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.

3. In view of the memo dated 28.11.2022 and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision case is dismissed as withdrawn. The memo dated 28.11.2022 shall form part and parcel of this order.
