PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondent to take action on petitioner's complaint dated 14.09.2018 and issue non traceable certificate in respect of the missing sale deed dated 25.03.1992 registered as Document No.976 of 1992 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Kangayam. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Prabakar For Respondent : Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz Additional Public Prosecutor.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to issue a non traceable certificate in respect of the missing sale deed dated 25.03.1992.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the original sale deed was missing and therefore, the petitioner gave a public notice with regarding the same on 30.07.2018, and also given a complaint to the respondent police on 14.09.2018. Till date the documents had not been traced by the respondent police. Therefore the present petition has been filed. 3.In the fact and circumstances of this case, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to issue a non traceable certificate to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
