O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's application filed under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act.

2. According to the petitioner, he has filed an Arbitration application under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Cohttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

operative Societies Act before the first respondent relating to allotment of house plot. Thereafter, the respondent- Society also filed their counter affidavit in the year 2015 itself. But, so far no order has been passed by the first respondent. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the fact that since the matter is pending with the first respondent from the year 2015, the first respondent is directed to dispose the petitioner's application, after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as the second respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
