This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

2.It is seen from the records that the petitioners and the respondents 4 to 9 are close relatives and the entire dispute seems to revolve around the property that was given by the first petitioner in favour of the second petitioner. A complaint has also been given to the respondent police on 18.12.2018 in this regard.

3.If there is any interference in the possession and enjoyment of the property, the parties will have to approach the proper Civil Court and seek for an order of injunction. The police cannot interfere in a dispute of this nature. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
