This petition has been filed challenging the FIR in Crime No.299 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2. In this case, the FIR has been registered for offence under Sections 143, 341 and 188 of Indian Penal Code.

3. This case is covered by the Judgment of this Court in Jeevanandham and others Vs. State and others reported in MANU/TN/5423/2018.
