C O M M O N O R D E R The Writ Petitions have been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the respondent bearing impugned notice in M.R.1/8L/17-70/A2 dated 02.08.2018 and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Udumalpet issued the impugned notice, directing the petitioners to appear for enquiry on 20.08.2018. Challenging the impugned notice, the present writ petitions have been filed after the expiry of the enquiry period ie., 20.08.2018. Further, the impugned notice was issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Udumalpet, whereas the petitioners have filed the present writ petitions against the Thasildar, Udumalpet.

4. In view of the above reasonings, the Writ Petitions are

dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
