ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyattam to expedite the trial in C.C.No.151 of 2007.

2.Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyattam, to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.151 of 2007 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
