PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first and the second respondents herein to give suitable police protection to the petitioner to enter in to the village and to do agricultural activities in his field situated at Sevalapurai Village, Melmalaiyanur Taluk, Villupuram District.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

FIRs and 3 Complaints in the CSR stage are pending before the respondent police.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent police to call the parties for an enquiry and give necessary instructions to the parties, not to create any law and order problem. The respondent police shall also proceed further with the pending FIRs and the Complaints and take necessary action in accordance with the law.
