[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Habeas Corpus Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/Police submitted that the detenu has been secured on 18.02.2019 and rejoined the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also acknowledged the same.

3. In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
