Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article of 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the order 07.12.2018 in AIR No.476/2018 passed by the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai.

COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by S. VAIDYANATHAN, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the the writ petitioner would submit that the petitioner is willing to comply with the condition of pre-deposit imposed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal and remit Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs only) within a week from today. A copy of Demand Draft is also produced before this court.

2. Taking note of the submission, the petitioner is granted time till 04.01.2019 to remit the amount, failing which the order dated 07.12.2018 passed by the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal will come into force. It is open to the petitioner to move an application for stay before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, if so advised.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
