(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner made a representation to the respondents alleging that illegal structure put up including hoardings will have to be removed. As no further action is forthcoming, the present writ petition is filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to look into the matter and act accordingly. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3.Considering the above, we call upon the respondents to consider the representation dated 03.12.2018 said to have been made by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
