The Matter was initially listed for hearing on 26.08.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 31.08.2021. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 31.08.2021, once again there was no representation for the petitioner. Thereafter the matter was again listed on 07.09.2021, but there was no representation for the petitioner at the time of hearing. In order to give one last opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed on 14.09.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Even today (i.e.,) 14.09.2021 when the matter is taken up for hearing, once again there is no representation for the petitioner, which clearly shows that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the Petitions.
