This Court while disposing of the above said Criminal Original Petition on 21.12.2018, directed the trial Court to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.122 of 2016, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

2. Today, When the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Vridhachalam through his letter dated 10.03.2022 has prayed for extension of three months time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.122 of 2016 pending on his file, since the order passed by this Court dated 21.12.2018 has not been complied with, within the time prescribed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Vridhachalam, this Court is of the view that it is just and proper to give further three months time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.122 of 2016 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Vridhachalam. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

4. Accordingly, time is extended by further three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of the case in C.C.No.122 of 2016 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Vridhachalam, in order to comply with the order passed by this Court on 21.12.2018.
