ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submits that based on the complaint petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A closure report has also been produced before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The same is recorded. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent Police shall not call the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and harass them.
