This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed for setting aside the dismissal non-prosecution order dated 30.11.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4996 of 2008 and restore the said writ petition to file, to be decided on merits.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that he has no serious objection to this petition being allowed.

4. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.
