This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for police protection.

petitioner shall give a fresh complaint before the 4th respondent police who shall enquire the parties and if the 4th respondent finds that the dispute involved is civil in nature, he shall direct parties to agitate their rights before the competent Civil Court.
