ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue viz., Sandhiya, aged 18 years, sought production of his daughter.
2. We have learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

It is brought to notice by learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the daughter of the petitioner had appeared along with one Perumal before the third respondent and informing of having married him and on enquiry conducted in the presence of the petitioner, the petitioner was coming to know of the factual position. The detenue has also produced the marriage certificate issued by Sub Registrar, Walaja dated 28.12.2018.
4. In the circumstance, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
5. In view of the above endorsement made by learned counsel for petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
