This Criminal Revision case has been filed to set aside the order dated 29.08.2018 passed in Crl.A.No.40 of 2018 on the file of the Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Judge in S.T.C.No.135 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Tiruchengode, and consequently, acquit the petitioner from the above case.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died and the charge as against the petitioner itself is abated.
