O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate and file a final report in Crime No.111/2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 17.03.2018 , no final report has been filed till date.

4.The respondent police is directed to comply with the guidelines issued by this Court in K.Sugumari Vs. The Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar District and others reported in 2018 (2) L.W. 636 and continue with the investigation effectively and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
