ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenu viz., S.Bharathi, aged 19 years, sought production of his daughter.

2. We have heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Petitioner is present before this Court. Learned counsel for petitioner informs that the presence of the petitioner as also the factor of his daughter/the detenue having married the third respondent may be recorded.
