3. The learned counsel appearing for the appellants has submitted that the prayer sought for in the appeal has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

4. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellants, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
