Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed Under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to issue a direction to dispose of the R.C.O.P.No.900 of 2013 filed by the petitioner pending before the learned XIII Judge, Small Causes Court at Chennai within a limited time.

The limited prayer sought for in the present civil revision petition is for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the R.C.O.P.No.900 of 2013 within a limited time frame.

2. Since the above R.C.O.P.No.900 of 2013 has been kept pending from the year 2013, it would be appropriate to direct the learned XIII Judge, Small Causes Court at Chennai to dispose of the R.C.O.P.No.900 of 2013, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
