This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate and file a final report in Crime No. 267/2014 on the file of the respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 23.11.2014, no final report has been filed till date.

4.The respondent police is directed to comply with the guidelines issued by this Court in Manohari and others Vs. The District Superintendent of Police and others reported in 2018

(2) L.W. 522 and complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.
