PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner to settle the civil dispute in connection with the civil suit in O.S.No.118 of 2011 on the file of the Sub-Court, Tiruppattur. ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents police not to harass the petitioner.
2. It is seen from the records that there is already property dispute pending between the parties in O.S.No.118 of 2011, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruppattur. Therefore, the parties will have to resolve the dispute only before the competent civil Court and the police will not have any role to play in this matter.
