ORDER

This Petition is filed for cancellation of bail on the ground that the accused/3rd respondent did not comply with the conditions imposed by the Court below, wherein he was directed to appear and sign before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30. a.m., for a period of eight weeks.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the third respondent has complied with the condition and appeared before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30. a.m., for a period of eight weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, this Court does not find any ground to cancel the bail granted in favour of the respondent.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
