Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records of the 3rd respondent impugned order dated 26.08.2017 and quash the same and directing the respondents to pay a salary to the petitioner for the promoted post in the cadre of Assistant for the work period from 22.10.1996 to 31.08.2017 and consequently direct the respondents to pay the pensionary benefits and terminal benefits including Gratuity, Employer Contribution Provident Fund, Encashment 1/4
of Leave Salary Commutation of Pension on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.08.2017 along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of retirement to till the date of final payment for the delayed period, within a stipulated time.
