PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case based upon the petitioner complaint dated 28.09.2018 for the offence under section 420, 442, 467 and 506(ii) of IPC. O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.09.2018.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3.In view of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, the petition of this nature is not maintainable before this Court. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Division Bench in the decision referred supra.
