This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 169 days in filing the above Revision.

2. It is seen that the service is completed. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the Revision, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.R.Thiagarajan as the counsel for the respondents at the time of admission itself.
