O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the entire records of FIR in Crime No.829 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent police and the same will be transferred to the third respondent/District Crime Branch, Villupuram, consequently direct the third respondent to conduct further investigation and file a final report. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the second respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 30.11.2017, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the FIR may be transferred to the third respondent police.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
