Even in the last occasion there was no representation. Even today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

2. The police protection has sought for to enable the petitioner to fence his property. The petitioner has not even added the rival parties as a respondent in this petition. The Petitioner has to workout his remedy only before the Competent Civil Court and this petition seeking for police protection is not maintainable.
