[Judgment of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Appeal has been filed by the State challenging the order dated 01.08.2018 passed by the learned Judge in W.P. No. 28303 of 2014. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that subsequent to the order impugned herein, the respondents had filed contempt petition bearing no.533 of 2020, which was closed on 19.03.2021, recording the submission made on the side of the appellants that the impugned order has been complied with. In 2/4

support of the same, the proceedings in RC.No.A2/1880/2013 dated 10.03.2021 passed by the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board, Chennai has been produced before this court. 3.In view of the above, this court is of the opinion that nothing survives for further adjudication herein. Hence, this Writ Appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
