Prayer in W.P.no.9930 of 2015: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order No.U/C 79/CBS/DU dated 15.06.2015 passed by the second respondent in respect of catering and Bakery stall, (S.12) P.F.No.2 & 3, at Virudunagar Junction and to quash the same and to direct the respondents No.1 & 2 to consider the petitioners representation dated 12.06.2015.

Prayer in W.P.no.9931 of 2015: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order No.U/C 79/CBS/DU dated 15.06.2015 passed by the second respondent in respect of catering and Bakery stall, (S.6) and catering and Bakery trolley MDU/T.4 at Dindugul Junction and to quash the same and to direct the respondents No.1 & 2 to consider the petitioners representation dated 12.06.2015. For Petitioners : M/s.Prof.M.Udaya Bhanu in all the petitions For Respondents : Mr.P.T.Ramkumar in all the petitions COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking to quash the impugned 2/4

orders dated 15.06.2015 passed by the second respondent in respect of catering and Bakery stall and also to direct the respondents No.1 & 2 to consider the petitioners representation dated 12.06.2015.

2. When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw these Writ Petitions. To that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case bundles.

3. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court for getting appropriate remedy. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
