, MRL CAMPUS, MANALI, CH-68 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to to issue an order of ad-interim injunction restraining the respondents from entrusting the work presently being done by the members of the petitioner union through the 3rd respondent society to any new worker or contractor (IN CMP No.23698 of 2018) pending disposal of the above mentioned IN WA.NO.1071 OF 2012. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.PRAKASH, SENIOR COUNSEL FOR M/S.K.RAMAPRIYA GOPALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.SANJAY MOHAN, ADVOCATE for M/S. RAMASUBRAMANIAM, ADVOCATE FOR 1st Respondents and of MR.

JAYARAMAN, ADVOCATE behalf of the 3rd Respondents the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

The present application has been filed praying to issue an order of ad-interim injunction restraining the respondents from entrusting the work presently being done by the members of the petitioner union through the third respondent society to any new worker or contractor.

2. We are of the view that no orders are required in the present C.M.P.No.23698 of 2018 as the Management has already given an undertaking, which has been recorded in paragraph 13 of the order dated 08.07.2014. That apart, another undertaking has also been filed before this Court, by way of counter filed by the first respondent.
