ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the records pertaining to the order passed in A.P.No.528 of 2011 dated 31.07.2013 on the file of the Special Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Teynampet, Chennai - 600 006.

2. By order dated 04.01.2019, this Court has referred the matter to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras, for amicable settlement. As per which, both the parties have appeared before the Mediation Centre and arrived at for settlement. A joint memo has also been filed by the parties to that effect and the same is also placed on records.
