Respondents Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to cancel the patta issued to the third respondent bearing patta No.341, consequently direct the first respondent to issue separate patta to the petitioner for his land plot Nos.2,3, 25, 26, 27, to a total extent of 8800 sq.ft. in S.No.1/2A to G as per the petitioner's registered sale deed Doc.No.1200/92, dated 02.03.1992, registered at SRO, Tambaram, within a stipulated time, and till such time, direct the second respondent not to register any document based on the patta bearing No.341 issued to the third respondent.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the first respondent to cancel the patta issued to the third respondent bearing patta No.341, consequently direct the first respondent to issue separate patta to the petitioner for his land plot Nos.2,3, 25, 26, 27, to a total extent of 8800 sq.ft. in S.No.1/2A to G as per the petitioner's registered sale deed Doc.No.1200/92, dated 02.03.1992, registered at SRO, Tambaram, within a stipulated time, and till such time, direct the second respondent not to register any document based on the patta bearing No.341 issued to the third respondent.
2. Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent authorities, has submitted that Revenue Divisional Officer has conducted an inquiry and patta has been issued in favour of the petitioner. A communication, in this regard, is also placed on record.
3. Third respondent has also admitted the said fact.

4. In such view of the matter, this Writ Petition has become infructuous and it is, accordingly, dismissed. No costs.
