ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Mohamed Ansar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

2. Encroachment is alleged on the Government poromboke land in the writ survey numbers situated at Vadatherasalur Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District. In fact, no revenue records are placed to substantiate that the subject land is government land and encroachment is made on the said land by respondent No.4.

3. The learned Government Advocate submits that in the year 2019, Form-I notice was issued for removal of encroachments. The respondents may consider the position as on date and take steps in accordance with law.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
