The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondent to give permission to conduct the dance programme schedule to be held on 09.01.2019 at "Sri Arulmegu Mariamman Thiruvizha" at Rasampalayam Village by considering his representation dated 13.12.2018. 2.

The Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation given by the petitioner has been considered by the respondent and rejected for the reasons mentioned therein on 22.12.2018.
