The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners. 2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that police are frequently calling the petitioners to Commissioners Office for signing some documents under the guise https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of enquiry, thereby they are harassing the petitioners without any first information report or FIR pending against them. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submits that, as of now, no case or no enquiry is pending against the petitioners.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry without any complaint or petition.
