This petition has been filed to direct the first, second and third respondents to dispose of the representation dated 19.12.2018 submitted by the petitioner to take departmental action against the fourth respondent in accordance with law before the fourth respondent retires from the service. 2.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the relief is sought for in the writ petition against the fourth respondent and the fourth respondent has already retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation. The cause arose for the purpose of filing the present writ petition has become vanish. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. 3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
