Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court viz, Learned No.I, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore, Vellore District at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.27619 of 2018 dated 29.11.2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.V.SARATHADEVI Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the accused for relaxing the condition, which was imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27619 of 2018 dated 29.11.2018.

2.This Court granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27619 of 2018 dated 29.11.2018 with a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has complied with the said condition without any deviation till today. He has further submitted that already, the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions and in one of the hearings, the petitioner could not appear, and hence, non-bailable warrant was issued and on execution of non-bailable warrant, the petitioner was remanded to Judicial custody. He has further submitted that as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27619 of 2018 dated 29.11.2018, the petitioner was released on bail and he is complying with the condition without any deviation till date. He has further submitted that since the accused no.1 died, the case is pending for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

production of death certificate of accused no.1 and hence he prayed to relax the condition.

4.The learned Public Prosecutor has fairly considered that the petitioner is complying with the conditions till today without any deviation. Considering the above said facts, the conditions are fully relaxed.
