CR.NO.222 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.28431 of 2018 dated 21.12.2018 and may be permitting the petitioners report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders instead of the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the inspector of Police, Egmore Police Station, Egmore, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.KALIMUTHU, Advocate for the petitioners, and of M/S.ARULMOZHIMARAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.28431 of 2018, dated 21.12.2018, and may be permitting the petitioners report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders instead of the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that this Court, while granting bail in Crl.OP.No.28431 of 2018 dated 21.12.2018 imposed the condition that the petitioners should report before the Inspector of Police, Egmore, daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m. He further submitted that the petitioners are Coolies and they are not able to appear before the Inspector of Police, Egmore, daily twice, and hence, he requests to modify the conditions, directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not opposed for modifying the conditions as above stated.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.28431 of 2018 dated 21.12.2018 is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m.,until further orders.
