Crl.M.P.Nos.4153 & 4155 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.30582 of 2018 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J Crl.M.P.No.4153 of 2019 has been filed seeking to modify the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30582 of 2018 on 27.12.2018.
2. Crl.M.P.No.4155 of 2019 has been filed seeking to extend the time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30582 of 2018.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioners have deposited a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-( Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.1174 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Tiruvallur and therefore, the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the petitioners. Hence, there is no need to pass any further orders in these miscellaneous petitions.
4. In view of the same, these petitions are dismissed as infructuous.

5. The learned counsel for the intervenor seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the said amount of Rs.5,00,000/-, which was deposited by the petitioners in the above crime number.
6. This Court is of the view that the intervenor cannot claim the said amount before this Court and he can move before the trial Court with appropriate application for withdrawal of the said amount. In the event of any application filed before the trial Court by the intervenor, the trial Court can decide such application on merits.
