Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.28203 of 2018 by its order dated 18.12.2018 in so far as appearing before the Inspector of Police Kattur Police Station, Coimbatore District daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.V.KUMAR Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.ARULMOZHIMARAN Government Advocate [crl.side] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.28203 of 2018, dated 18.12.2018, in so far as appearing before the Inspector of Police, Kattur Police Station, Coimbatore District daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a law college student and now the semester examinations are going on and hence, he is not able to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.28203 of 2018 dated 18.12.2018.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that already nine cases pending against the petitioner and therefore, he opposed to modify the conditions.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.28203 of 2018 dated 18.12.2018 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent daily at 6.30 p.m., until further orders. -sd/- 27/12/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
